About Matthew S. C. Moore
Matt Moore is a Partner in P&A's Construction and Surety practice groups, where he focuses primarily on the transactional litigation and dispute resolution aspects of construction law. Matt represents general contractors, sureties, owners, developers, subcontractors and suppliers in all phases of construction and on a wide variety of construction-related issues, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, mechanic’s liens, contractual and statutory indemnity, payment and performance bonds, collections, fraud, extra work, construction defects, contract termination, differing site conditions, bid protests, bid mistakes and delay and disruption claims, in both the public and private sectors. He is also frequently involved in drafting and reviewing contract documents.Matt has been selected each year since2012as aTexas Super Lawyer and Rising Star in the area of construction litigation.
About Tracy Russell Galimore
Tracy is Senior Counsel in the Construction Law and Surety practice groups in P&A's Houston office. Tracy’s practice includes the general representation of contractors, sureties, owners,developers, subcontractors and suppliers in contract negotiation, general project execution and dispute resolution. Her experience includes first and second chair representation of construction clients in all phases of litigation. Tracy regularly negotiates commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential construction contracts and has supported the negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, as well as joint venture agreements on several major energy, chemical and power projects.
About Angela Connor
Angela is an Associate in the Construction Law and Surety practice groups in the firm's Houston office. She works with owners, general contractors andsubcontractors in contract negotiations, contract disputes and lawsuits.Angela graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and clerked at a law firm.
