The buyer, a private investor, was secured and Mr. Barker and Mr. McGhin.

Weatherford Fourplex Portfolio is located at Sunburst Court & Lindas Creek in Weatherford, Texas seated 25 miles west of Fort Worth on Interstate 20. The subject property is two multifamily properties built in 2008 and 2009, each consisting of four units.
