Stream Realty Partners Announces Sale of 16430 Park Ten Place
Stream, a national real estate services, development and investment firm,is pleased to announce the sale of 16430 Park Ten Place in Houston, Texas. Stream represented the seller, a private entity controlled by Connecticut based Wellbrook Corporation, in the sale transaction.
First Service Credit Union purchased the asset and will relocate their headquarters from northwest Houston later this year. Ryan Bishop and Mathew Volz of Stream Realty represented the seller, an entity controlled by Wellbrook Corporation. The buyer in the transaction, First Service Credit Union, was represented by Randy Wilhelm of NAI.
“First Service Credit Union saw an opportunity to purchase a well-located asset, with tremendous visibility along Interstate 10, which they could call home for the foreseeable future. It was a positive for the Energy Corridor, as the submarket is gaining a solid tenant who plans to upgrade the asset immediately,” said Ryan Bishop, Executive Vice President at Stream.
