Ashley Williams and David Meyers of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Andrew Sudderth of the Retail Connection represented the tenant.

SOUTH TEXAS LEASES

I Love Kickboxing has leased 3,459 sf of retail space in Spring Town Center, located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Road in Spring, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Ashley Williams represented the tenant in the direct deal.

T-Mobile has leased 1,453 sf of retail space in West Eight Crossing, located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and West Road in Houston, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and David Meyers represented the landlord. Glenn Dickerson, also with NewQuest Properties, represented the tenant.
