Serving as Managing Director of the firm’s new Austin office, he offers extensive experience and insight to Shelton Group clients in investor communication strategies, financial statement analysis and modeling, messaging and presentation development, competitive analysis, M&A, IPOs, investor activism, compliance, and investor/analyst engagement.
Schreiner brings more than 20 years of experience as a finance and investment professional, serving in multiple roles across investor relations, sell-side equity research, asset management and corporate financial analysis. He spent 12 years on Wall Street as an award-winning research analyst covering small and mid-cap technology and semiconductor companies, achieving the “Best on the Street” award by the Wall Street Journal in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Schreiner most recently served as founder and head of investment strategy at Grinder Capital and Testament Capital. Prior to starting his own fund, he served as director of investor relations at EZChip Semiconductor and then later at Mellanox Technologies following the acquisition.
