Eric Fontanot, leads Patten Title’s six offices across Texas and places an emphasis on workplace culture, community and cutting edge solutions; he is the only recipient selected from the title industry.
Patten Title Company is excited to announce that Eric Fontanot, President, has been named one of Houston Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO’s. The candidates were assessed on a variety of qualities such as contribution to company success, civic involvement, career achievement and more. Fontanot has illustrated excellent leadership skills throughout his career with his guidance shepherding Patten Title through the 2008 mortgage crisis, its expansion into new markets, the reestablishment of the Houston market area as one of the highest transactional volume offices in the state of Texas, and, most recently, the transition from a law firm into a full title agency.

Managing the operations of a title office ignited a passion in Fontanot for orchestrating small business operations and handling the needs of the individuals who make those companies run smoothly. This enthusiasm led him to be named President of Patten Title in 2019 where his guidance not only directly impacts the success of the business, but also is reflected in the attention he pours into his employees and community.
