Havencrest Announces Team Promotions and Additions

Havencrest Capital Management, a Dallas-based, healthcare private equity firm, is pleased to announce several promotions and additions to its investment team.

Matthew D. Shofner has been promoted to Partner. Matt focuses on investments in healthcare services and technology-enabled healthcare services, with a particular focus on physician services companies and value-based care (VBC) reimbursement models. Matt serves on the Healthcare Advisory Council at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

M. Jett Aubrey has been promoted to Vice President. A former investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, Jett focuses on investments in healthcare services, with a particular focus on pharma services companies as well as post-acute care delivery models.

Thomas D. Ruane has recently joined the Havencrest team as Vice President of Business Development. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Associate of Business Development at Farragut Square Group (a subsidiary of McDermott Will & Emery), a leading healthcare policy and consulting firm with offices in Washington D.C. and New York City. Tom will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities for Havencrest as well as managing relationships with healthcare private equity, investment banker, lender and corporate customers.
