Mr. Reilly is a proven operations leader and innovator with a 25-year career in health care including health plans, health systems, physician practice management, and population health. His deep and diverse operational experience coupled with extensive pharmacological knowledge brings a unique viewpoint to Chronic Care Management.

Most recently he served as the Chief Operating Officer of an innovative kidney care company, Somatus. Prior to joining Somatus, he served as a Regional President at Landmark Health. Mr. Reilly earned a joint pharmacy (BS) and Master’s in Business administration (MBA) from The State University of New York at Buffalo. Over his 25-year career he still makes time to practice pharmacy at least once a month in a small community drug store in the community that he grew up in caring for his parents, aunts/uncles and neighbors.
