DALLAS, Texas, Feb. 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) announced that Brian Pratt resigned from the Board of Directors on Thursday, February 20, 2020. In December 2019, the Company previously announced Mr. Pratt’s intentions to resign at the regularly scheduled Board meeting this month.

The Pratt Family, including Mr. Pratt’s father and grandfather, have been valuable contributors to Primoris’ success, going all the way back to the Company’s founding in the 1960s in Bakersfield, California.
