HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tidewater Inc. (NYSE: TDW) announced today that the Company has promoted Daniel A. Hudson to serve as the Company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Hudson previously served as Tidewater’s Assistant General Counsel and has been employed by the Company since July 2006.
