The acquisition closed July 1, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Services, Inc. located in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, is a full service industrial and commercial maintenance and cleaning services company. They have been in business since 1987 and serve the Southeastern Wisconsin region. The Company services a wide variety of businesses and provides an even wider array of services.
