Lexitas, a leading national provider of litigation support services and portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, today announced the acquisition of three court reporting companies in the Northeastern U.S. The Company has acquired Barrister Reporting Service, based in New York, NY, American Stenographic, based in New York, NY, and Eppley Court Reporting, based outside of Boston, MA. These acquisitions strengthen Lexitas’s growing Northeast footprint and enhance its coast to coast presence.
