Baker Donelson is pleased to announce the return of Matthew K. Maruca to the Firm's Health Law Group.

Mr. Maruca joins Baker Donelson as of counsel in the Houston office, representing public and private clients in business transactions, general corporate matters and health care regulatory compliance. For the last three years, he served as general counsel to a Houston-based health care facilities and management services provider that is traded on the NYSE MKT.

"Matt's experience as in-house counsel to an NYSE-company paired with his background as a private practice attorney make him a tremendous addition to our Houston team, and we are pleased to welcome him," said Brad Chambers, managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Houston office.

A graduate of Tulane University Law School and Boston College, Mr. Maruca is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Texas.
