Alan Colley Joins TDECU as Associate General Counsel

TDECU is pleased to announce the addition of Alan Colley as Associate General Counsel. Mr. Colley will be working with TDECU’s Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel on employment issues, contract negotiations, vendor agreements and merger and acquisition research.

Having spent the past five years working with two preeminent law firms in Houston, Mr. Colley brings an impressive level of expertise in corporate law including a deep understanding of employment and labor laws. Prior to his legal career, Alan was an active duty member of the United States Army, having served overseas in Iraq, Djibouti, Kenya, Uganda and El Salvador. Currently, Alan is a Company Commander in the United States Army Reserve.

Before joining TDECU, Alan was an attorney in the Houston offices of two large international law firms, Jones Day and Vinson & Elkins LLP, specializing in Labor, Employment and OSHA practice.

Mr. Colley holds his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
